Who it’s for: Solo trainers, small barns, or programs that need a consistent, professional presence without heavy production.

Platforms (pick up to 3): Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile (GBP counts as a platform)

Content & cadence (caps):

  • 12 feed posts/month total across your chosen platforms (≈3/week)

  • Up to 8 Stories/month (light, template-based)

  • 1 short-form video/month (reel/short) from supplied clips or photos (no on-site filming)

  • Captions written with light SEO/hashtags; brand voice guide included

Community management (SLA):

  • Monitor & reply up to 30 min/day, Mon–Fri, 9–5 PT

  • 24-hour response SLA for comments/DMs during business days

Strategy & reporting:

  • Editorial calendar maintained monthly

  • One 30-minute monthly check-in

  • Monthly analytics snapshot (reach, engagement, top posts, recommendations)

Ad management (optional add-on):

    • $150/mo or 12% of spend (whichever is higher); you fund the ad spend

  • Recommended starter spend: $300–$750/mo

Setup/onboarding (one-time): $350

Brand kit, templates, Pixel/UTM setup, access & permissions.

What’s not included: Influencer outreach, on-site filming, advanced motion graphics, giveaways, crisis comms (available as add-ons).

Working Standards

  • Asset turnaround: 3–5 business days for standard posts; 5–7 for video

  • Revisions: 1 round/post (copy or cut); extra rounds billed hourly

  • Ownership: You own final approved assets; I retain templates/work files unless purchased

  • Access: I set up Pixels/UTMs and request admin roles to pages/ad accounts

  • KPIs I track: Reach, engagement rate, saves/shares, link clicks, lead form starts, bookings
