CANTER Social: I’ll manage up to 5 platforms with 20 feed posts per month, 12–16 Stories, and 4 short-form videos; proactive community engagement up to 60 minutes per day Mon–Sat with a 12-hour response SLA, bi-weekly strategy calls, full monthly reporting with insights, one seasonal campaign per quarter, and basic lead-capture optimization; paid ads managed separately with a minimum fee and recommended spend; expanded onboarding includes goal/KPI workshop and campaign framework.
